Christian Pinchin
Founding Director
Christian Pinchin is the founder and director of Pinchin Architects. He brings 20 years of experience in architecture, design and the construction process to the practice. Christian has previously worked on numerous high-end residential and bespoke development projects within London and the Home Counties. Co-creation with his clients is at the heart of his portfolio.
Christian thrives by creating a concept and seeing that idea through to final realisation for his clients. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and is listed on the Architects Registration Board. He has won awards for his residential architecture and boutique property developments.
Vejay Lal
Associate Architect
Vejay is an experienced Architect and a highly skilled designer. His promotion to Associate allows us as a company to benefit from his operations knowledge as part of the management team.
Vejay’s in-depth knowledge of materials and composition in relation to both modern and traditional design are second to none. Vejay loves high-end interiors and works alongside our clients to tailor rooms and spaces to their desired specification, assisting them in creating their dream homes.
Andrew Lee
Part 2 Architect
Andrew is currently a Part 2 Architect, he recently graduated from the University of the Creative Arts and is due to achieve his final Architectural qualification in the coming year. Andrew has excellent visual and graphic skills which enable us to bring our projects to life and help our clients visualise their dream projects.
He offers the team support in all aspects of our clients projects and the high-quality visuals and 3D models he builds also assist with proposed schemes, briefing clients about their projects and in successfully securing planning permissions.
Emmanuel Tetterfio
Part 2 Architect
Manny is a designer, artist and photographer who graduated in 2020 with a Master of Architecture from University of Westminster and joined Pinchin Architects in 2021. He is an ambitious and creative person and has developed in his masters a style using drawing, sculpture, painting and photography as generators of his architectural work.
He is fascinated by the impact of colour in architecture and works in assisting with all aspects of our clients projects from the high-quality visuals and 3D models.
Eddie Pinchin
Non-Executive Director
Eddie has 50 years of industry experience and has worked at several major house building companies, including; Barratt Homes, Crest Homes, and Berkeley Group.
Eddie spent 22 years at St James Homes as an operations director, taking numerous high- profile housing schemes through planning to completion; including Riverlight in Battersea & New River Village in Haringey
Carmela Elizabeth
Marketing Executive
Carmela is a social media & marketing manager with various years experience in managing brands online presence and socials.
Carmela prides herself on her interpersonal skills, she’s also a highly organised and out of the box thinker. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media which makes her a strategic content creator.
